I'm Jake Lee. I run multiple businesses and use Dragonfly OS to operate all of them without a full team. I'm not a tech person — I'm an operator who built the system I needed because nothing else came close.
I come from real estate. I understand what it's like to juggle operations, clients, and growth at the same time. Dragonfly OS runs on my own portfolio first. Every module on this page is something I use every day.
My co-founder Jeff Lee has spent decades alongside operators in Utah — through their good years, their hard years, and the in-between. He's the one most of our clients talk to first, and he's why we know our clients before we ever build for them.
Now we do it for other companies — as their embedded AI team. We set the strategy, build the systems, and run them, so AI becomes a capability your business owns instead of a project that stalls. The team you'd hire, without the headcount.
